Owing to the mandated suspension of courier acceptance, consolidation, and export brokerage operations throughout the People’s Republic of China for the duration of the National Day holiday period, the final date upon which an order may be submitted with an expectation of pre-holiday induction into the carrier network is
20 September. Orders submitted, amended, or settled after that date are allocated to the post-holiday dispatch sequence and are released strictly in the order in which they were received, subject to capacity as it is progressively reinstated; no dispatch date, tracking-issuance date, transit duration, or delivery date is offered, implied, or capable of confirmation in respect of such orders. Tracking identifiers are generated solely at the point of physical induction of a consignment into the carrier network, and not upon submission of an order, settlement of payment, or completion of production; accordingly, the absence of a tracking identifier during, and for a period following, the holiday closure is an expected consequence of the foregoing and is not indicative of any interruption to, or deficiency in, the order itself. This notice forms part of the shipping terms applicable to all orders.
